V\u010dasn\u00e1 diagnostika a kompenz\u00e1cia prostredn\u00edctvom kompenza\u010dn\u00fdch pom\u00f4cok umo\u017e\u0148uje de\u0165om rozv\u00edja\u0165 re\u010d a komunik\u00e1ciu, av\u0161ak samotn\u00e9 pom\u00f4cky nesta\u010dia. K\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdm prostred\u00edm, kde sa die\u0165a u\u010d\u00ed fungova\u0165 v kolekt\u00edve, je okrem rodinn\u00e9ho prostredia pr\u00e1ve matersk\u00e1 \u0161kola. Pripravenos\u0165 slovensk\u00fdch matersk\u00fdch \u0161k\u00f4l na deti s\u00a0poruchou sluchu je preto z\u00e1sadnou ot\u00e1zkou inkluz\u00edvneho vzdel\u00e1vania a etickej zodpovednosti spolo\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Podstatou kompenz\u00e1cie sluchu\u00a0 s\u00fa r\u00f4zne sluchov\u00e9 pom\u00f4cky, ktor\u00e9 s\u00edce zlep\u0161uj\u00fa pr\u00edstup die\u0165a\u0165a k\u00a0zvuku a\u00a0hovoren\u00e9mu slovu, av\u0161ak nenahr\u00e1dzaj\u00fa norm\u00e1lny sluch. K\u013e\u00fa\u010dom k \u00faspe\u0161nej inkl\u00fazii v matersk\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch (M\u0160) by preto mala by\u0165 kombin\u00e1cia tejto technickej kompenz\u00e1cie, ale tie\u017e akusticky priazniv\u00e9ho prostredia, multisenzorickej pedagogiky a kontinu\u00e1lnej intervencie odborn\u00edkov.<\/p>\n<p>Slovensk\u00fd \u0160t\u00e1tny vzdel\u00e1vac\u00ed program pre predprim\u00e1rne vzdel\u00e1vanie<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a> pritom obsahuje r\u00e1mce pre deti so zdravotn\u00fdm znev\u00fdhodnen\u00edm vr\u00e1tane sluchov\u00e9ho postihnutia. \u0160peci\u00e1lnopedagogick\u00e9 p\u00f4sobenie vych\u00e1dza z uvedomenia si \u0161peci\u00e1lnych v\u00fdchovno-vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edch potrieb, ktor\u00e9 vypl\u00fdvaj\u00fa zo samotn\u00e9ho sluchov\u00e9ho postihnutia, pr\u00edpadne z pridru\u017een\u00fdch diagn\u00f3z. \u0160pecifik\u00e1 v\u00fdchovy a vzdel\u00e1vania det\u00ed s poruchou sluchu s\u00fa v z\u00e1sade rovnak\u00e9, \u010di u\u017e ide o \u0161peci\u00e1lne triedy v be\u017en\u00fdch matersk\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch, o\u00a0za\u010dlenenie do be\u017en\u00fdch tried, alebo o \u0161peci\u00e1lne matersk\u00e9 \u0161koly ur\u010den\u00e9 pre t\u00fato skupinu det\u00ed. Integrovan\u00e9 vzdel\u00e1vanie (v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti u\u017e inkluz\u00edvne) si vy\u017eaduje poznanie podmienok a procesov integr\u00e1cie (v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti u\u017e inkl\u00fazie<a href=\"#_ftn4\" name=\"_ftnref4\">[4]<\/a>), pri\u010dom pedag\u00f3g mus\u00ed by\u0165 dostato\u010dne informovan\u00fd o konkr\u00e9tnom type sluchov\u00e9ho postihnutia a jeho d\u00f4sledkoch na v\u00fdvin die\u0165a\u0165a. Poznanie diagn\u00f3zy je z\u00e1kladom kvalitnej v\u00fdchovy a vzdel\u00e1vania v pred\u0161kolsk\u00fdch zariadeniach.<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u013ea programu je cie\u013eom predprim\u00e1rneho vzdel\u00e1vania det\u00ed s\u00a0poruchou sluchu hlavne to, aby na jeho konci dok\u00e1zali komunikova\u0165 a vyjadrova\u0165 sa prostredn\u00edctvom najvhodnej\u0161ieho komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho prostriedku, zoh\u013ead\u0148uj\u00faceho druh a stupe\u0148 ich postihnutia. V procese vzdel\u00e1vania sa vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa aj prvky alternat\u00edvnej a augmentat\u00edvnej komunik\u00e1cie. Ka\u017ed\u00e9 die\u0165a s\u00a0poruchou sluchu zaraden\u00e9 do be\u017enej alebo \u0161peci\u00e1lnej triedy by malo ma\u0165 zabezpe\u010den\u00fa individu\u00e1lnu logopedick\u00fa intervenciu. Rovnako d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 je spolupr\u00e1ca materskej \u0161koly s centrom \u0161peci\u00e1lnopedagogick\u00e9ho poradenstva. Koordinovan\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ca odborn\u00edkov z oblasti pedagogiky, poradenstva, medic\u00edny, soci\u00e1lnej pr\u00e1ce a \u010fal\u0161\u00edch discipl\u00edn je k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdm predpokladom \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e9ho za\u010dlenenia det\u00ed s\u00a0poruchou sluchu v be\u017en\u00fdch matersk\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p>Slovensko m\u00e1 u\u017e platn\u00fd \u0161t\u00e1tny vzdel\u00e1vac\u00ed program (\u0160VP) pre predprim\u00e1rne vzdel\u00e1vanie<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a>, ktor\u00fd sa zameriava na inkluz\u00edvne vzdel\u00e1vanie. V praxi to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee matersk\u00e9 \u0161koly s\u00fa povinn\u00e9 vytv\u00e1ra\u0165 prostredie a podmienky re\u0161pektuj\u00face r\u00f4znorodos\u0165 det\u00ed, vr\u00e1tane t\u00fdch so sluchov\u00fdm postihnut\u00edm \u010di in\u00fdmi \u0161peci\u00e1lnymi potrebami. V\u00a0programe je jasne stanoven\u00e9, \u017ee \u201eka\u017ed\u00e1 matersk\u00e1 \u0161kola by v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti mala by\u0165 schopn\u00e1 poskytova\u0165 podmienky pre inkluz\u00edvne vzdel\u00e1vanie. Tak\u00e9to vzdel\u00e1vanie d\u00f4sledne nap\u013a\u0148a ideu rovnosti \u0161anc\u00ed pre v\u0161etk\u00fdch, rovnosti pr\u00edstupu ku vzdel\u00e1vaniu a v kone\u010dnom d\u00f4sledku k zabezpe\u010deniu d\u00f4slednej soci\u00e1lnej inkl\u00fazie. V praxi mo\u017eno vyu\u017ei\u0165 aj metodick\u00e9 pr\u00edru\u010dky (napr\u00edklad Die\u0165a s poruchou sluchu v materskej \u0161kole)<a href=\"#_ftn8\" name=\"_ftnref8\">[8]<\/a>, ktor\u00e9 poskytuj\u00fa u\u010dite\u013eom odpor\u00fa\u010dania pre pr\u00e1cu s t\u00fdmito de\u0165mi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0160k\u00f4lka vypracov\u00e1va individu\u00e1lny vzdel\u00e1vac\u00ed pl\u00e1n (IVP) pre die\u0165a pod\u013ea odpor\u00fa\u010dania poradensk\u00e9ho zariadenia. IVP obsahuje ciele, met\u00f3dy, \u00fapravu obsahu vzdel\u00e1vania, hodnotenie a formy podpory. V\u00a0\u0161k\u00f4lke by mali die\u0165a\u0165u zabezpe\u010di\u0165 individu\u00e1lny pr\u00edstup v r\u00e1mci denn\u00e9ho re\u017eimu (mo\u017enos\u0165 oddychu, skr\u00e1tenie aktiv\u00edt, in\u00fd sp\u00f4sob komunik\u00e1cie), prisp\u00f4sobi\u0165 hodnotenie a tempo u\u010denia jeho schopnostiam a spolupracova\u0165 s rodinou (pravideln\u00e1 komunik\u00e1cia o pokrokoch, probl\u00e9moch a potreb\u00e1ch die\u0165a\u0165a). Rodi\u010dia musia individu\u00e1lny vzdel\u00e1vac\u00ed pl\u00e1n podp\u00edsa\u0165, preto\u017ee ich s\u00fahlas je d\u00f4le\u017eitou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou procesu inkluz\u00edvneho vzdel\u00e1vania. Pod\u013ea \u00a77a z\u00e1kona \u010d. 245\/2008 Z. z. (\u0161kolsk\u00fd z\u00e1kon)<a href=\"#_ftn9\" name=\"_ftnref9\">[9]<\/a> sa die\u0165a alebo \u017eiak m\u00f4\u017ee vzdel\u00e1va\u0165 pod\u013ea individu\u00e1lneho vzdel\u00e1vacieho programu len s informovan\u00fdm s\u00fahlasom z\u00e1konn\u00e9ho z\u00e1stupcu (alebo z\u00e1stupcu zariadenia<a href=\"#_ftn10\" name=\"_ftnref10\">[10]<\/a>), ktor\u00fd sa v praxi realizuje podpisom rodi\u010da na individu\u00e1lnom vzdel\u00e1vacom pl\u00e1ne. Je to d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 vzh\u013eadom na informovan\u00fd s\u00fahlas so zvolen\u00fdmi podporn\u00fdmi opatreniami, cie\u013emi a met\u00f3dami. Zabezpe\u010duje sa tak i spolupr\u00e1ca medzi \u0161kolou a rodinou. Chr\u00e1ni sa t\u00fdm teda \u0161kola aj rodi\u010dia a\u00a0dokumentuje to, \u017ee pl\u00e1n bol prerokovan\u00fd a ods\u00fahlasen\u00fd. Umo\u017e\u0148uje sa t\u00fdm tie\u017e aktualiz\u00e1cia IVP na z\u00e1klade sp\u00e4tnej v\u00e4zby od rodi\u010dov<a href=\"#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\">[11]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Realita v\u0161ak nar\u00e1\u017ea na mnoh\u00e9 prek\u00e1\u017eky v\u00a0zmysle celkov\u00e9ho zabezpe\u010denia v\u00fdchovy a\u00a0vzdel\u00e1vania v\u00a0be\u017enej M\u0160. Napr\u00edklad na z\u00e1klade v\u00fdsledkov dotazn\u00edkov\u00e9ho prieskumu, ktor\u00fd vznikol v r\u00e1mci projektu \u201eTo d\u00e1 rozum\u201c (Hall a spol., 2019)<a href=\"#_ftn12\" name=\"_ftnref12\">[12]<\/a> mala iba p\u00e4tina respondentov z radov zamestnancov a ved\u00facich pracovn\u00edkov matersk\u00fdch \u0161k\u00f4l pocit, \u017ee ich in\u0161tit\u00facia je pripraven\u00e1 na vzdel\u00e1vanie det\u00ed so \u0161peci\u00e1lnymi v\u00fdchovno-vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edmi potrebami (\u0160VVP). Pod\u013ea n\u00e1zorov respondentov ide najm\u00e4 o nedostato\u010dn\u00e9 podmienky pre individu\u00e1lny pr\u00edstup v d\u00f4sledku vysok\u00fdch po\u010dtov det\u00ed v triedach, nedostatok pedagogick\u00fdch asistentov a\u00a0ob\u010dianskych zdru\u017een\u00ed, fyzick\u00e9 bari\u00e9ry v budove \u0161koly, nedostatok finan\u010dn\u00fdch prostriedkov na zabezpe\u010denie potrieb det\u00ed so zdravotn\u00fdm znev\u00fdhodnen\u00edm \u010di nepripravenos\u0165 u\u010dite\u013eov pre pr\u00e1cu s\u00a0t\u00fdmito de\u0165mi. Prostredie, pedagogick\u00e9 pr\u00edstupy aj organiz\u00e1cia by mali by\u0165 od za\u010diatku koncipovan\u00e9 tak, aby podporovali rozmanitos\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1kon \u010d. 245\/2008 Z. z. (\u0161kolsk\u00fd z\u00e1kon) umo\u017e\u0148oval vzdel\u00e1vanie det\u00ed so \u0161peci\u00e1lnymi v\u00fdchovno-vzdel\u00e1vac\u00edmi potrebami v be\u017en\u00fdch matersk\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch (i\u0161lo teda o integr\u00e1ciu).
