Informovanos\u0165 u\u00a0pediatra je takmer nulov\u00e1, rodi\u010dia sa preto sna\u017eia z\u00edska\u0165 inform\u00e1cie z\u00a0odborn\u00e9ho prostredia a\u00a0h\u013eadaj\u00fa na internete, ako \u010falej postupova\u0165. Zistia, \u017ee v tre\u0165om mesiaci veku die\u0165a\u0165a je u\u017e vhodn\u00e9 absolvova\u0165 objekt\u00edvne vy\u0161etrenie sluchu, respekt\u00edve komplexn\u00fa diagnostiku v\u00a0centre pre deti s\u00a0poruchou sluchu (vi\u010f. Ak na\u010d\u00favacie pr\u00edstroje dostato\u010dne nekompenzuj\u00fa sluch, okolo jedn\u00e9ho roka veku by sa malo prejs\u0165 k inej kompenz\u00e1cii sluchu (naj\u010dastej\u0161ie ku kochle\u00e1rnej implant\u00e1cii). Pri v\u0161etk\u00fdch t\u00fdchto f\u00e1zach sa zis\u0165uje, ako die\u0165a po\u010duje, reaguje, ak\u00e1 je jeho pas\u00edvna a akt\u00edvna komunik\u00e1cia. V audiocentre sa preto naj\u010dastej\u0161ie vykon\u00e1va audiometria so zrakov\u00fdm posilnen\u00edm (VRA \u2013 Visual Reinforcement Audiometry). Tu to v\u0161ak nekon\u010d\u00ed. Okrem foniatra a audiologick\u00e9ho pracoviska by mal die\u0165a sledova\u0165 aj surdop\u00e9d \u2013 \u0161peci\u00e1lny pedag\u00f3g pre deti s poruchou sluchu (cca od \u0161iesteho mesiaca veku die\u0165a\u0165a) a logop\u00e9d (pribli\u017ene od jedn\u00e9ho roka veku). Je toti\u017e d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 postupne zis\u0165ova\u0165, ako die\u0165a po\u010duje, n\u00e1sledne, \u010di rozumie jednotliv\u00fdm hl\u00e1skam v\u00a0hovorenej re\u010di a\u00a0v\u00a0\u010fal\u0161ej f\u00e1ze je potrebn\u00e9 ho nau\u010di\u0165 spr\u00e1vne hovori\u0165 a\u00a0vyslovova\u0165 s\u00a0primeranou hlasitos\u0165ou. O\u00a0to viac je zlo\u017eitej\u0161ie u\u010di\u0165 sa sloven\u010dinu, nako\u013eko n\u00e1\u0161 jazyk obsahuje mno\u017estvo hl\u00e1sok, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa vo svojom zvukovom prejave ve\u013emi podobn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u010dasn\u00e1 intervencia a znakov\u00e1 re\u010d<\/h2>\n<p>Je v\u017edy predov\u0161etk\u00fdm na iniciat\u00edve rodi\u010dov, ako r\u00fdchlo za\u010dn\u00fa rie\u0161i\u0165 aj podporn\u00fa str\u00e1nku sluchu u\u00a0svojho nepo\u010duj\u00faceho die\u0165a\u0165a. Ve\u013ekou pomocou na za\u010diatku cesty je nasmerovanie od surdop\u00e9da, ktor\u00fd rodi\u010dov nau\u010d\u00ed, ako die\u0165a rozv\u00edja\u0165, aj napriek tomu, \u017ee dobre nepo\u010duje. Ak ovl\u00e1da posunkov\u00fd jazyk, m\u00f4\u017ee rodi\u010dom uk\u00e1za\u0165 posunky, ktor\u00e9 bud\u00fa s\u00a0die\u0165a\u0165om pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165. Okrem toho pom\u00f4\u017ee rodine zorientova\u0165 sa v celkovej problematike poruche sluchu (vi\u010f. Majt\u00e1nov\u00e1, 2015<a href=\"#_ftn2\" name=\"_ftnref2\">[2]<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Zo za\u010diatku je vhodn\u00e9 vyu\u017ei\u0165 mo\u017enos\u0165 ter\u00e9nneho surdop\u00e9da, ktor\u00fd sa stret\u00e1va s nepo\u010duj\u00facim die\u0165atkom a\u00a0rodinou priamo v domove. Od narodenia sleduje (diagnostikuje) v\u00fdvin die\u0165atka \u2013 jeho myslenie, vn\u00edmanie, motoriku, sluch aj re\u010d a\u00a0navrhuje r\u00f4zne hry, ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017eu pom\u00f4c\u0165 die\u0165a\u0165u napredova\u0165 vo v\u00fdvine a komunikova\u0165 v\u00a0hovorenom, pr\u00edpadne posunkovom jazyku. Po\u010das stretnut\u00ed sa surdop\u00e9d spolu s rodi\u010dmi hr\u00e1 s die\u0165a\u0165om tak, aby bolo motivovan\u00e9 sa zvukovo prejavi\u0165. Spolu tak rozv\u00edjaj\u00fa jeho pas\u00edvnu i akt\u00edvnu slovn\u00fa z\u00e1sobu. Je ide\u00e1lne, ak sa surdop\u00e9d a\u00a0logop\u00e9d pri rozvoji re\u010di vz\u00e1jomne dop\u013a\u0148aj\u00fa a navz\u00e1jom spolupracuj\u00fa. Surdop\u00e9d pom\u00f4\u017ee zorientova\u0165 sa v oblasti poruchy sluchu, komunika\u010dn\u00fdch met\u00f3d, informuje o na\u010d\u00favac\u00edch pr\u00edstrojoch, kochle\u00e1rnom implant\u00e1te \u010di komunite nepo\u010duj\u00facich. Je to sprievodca rodi\u010dov v procese sluchovej a re\u010dovej v\u00fdchovy. Ak ide o\u00a0star\u0161ie die\u0165a, surdop\u00e9d pom\u00f4\u017ee pri integr\u00e1cii t\u00fdm, \u017ee d\u00e1 \u0161kole odpor\u00fa\u010danie, ako pracova\u0165 a\u00a0komunikova\u0165 s\u00a0 die\u0165a\u0165om s\u00a0poruchou sluchu a\u00a0z\u00e1rove\u0148 vypisuje nevyhnutn\u00e9 dokumenty s\u00favisiace so zaraden\u00edm do be\u017enej \u0161koly. Ve\u013emi sa osved\u010dilo, ak je surdop\u00e9d v\u00a0osobnom kontakte so \u0161k\u00f4lkou \u010di \u0161kolou, kde je die\u0165a s\u00a0poruchou sluchu integrovan\u00e9 (vi\u010f. Infosluch, 2023<a href=\"#_ftn3\" name=\"_ftnref3\">[3]<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Niektor\u00e9 deti sa u\u010dia \u013eah\u0161ie a\u00a0re\u010d u\u00a0nich nabieha u\u017e kr\u00e1tko po kompenzovan\u00ed sluchov\u00fdmi pom\u00f4ckami (na\u010d\u00favacie pr\u00edstroje, kochle\u00e1rne implant\u00e1ty \u010di syst\u00e9my pre kostn\u00e9 vedenie). Existuje v\u0161ak aj skupina det\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 si re\u010d osvojuj\u00fa hor\u0161ie, zle vyslovuj\u00fa alebo ju nevyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa funk\u010dne. V\u00a0tomto pr\u00edpade je vhodn\u00e9 zis\u0165ova\u0165 tie\u017e mo\u017en\u00e9 ved\u013eaj\u0161ie pr\u00ed\u010diny nes\u00favisiace so sluchom, na ktor\u00e9 m\u00f4\u017ee upozorni\u0165 u\u017e surdop\u00e9d, a\u00a0ktor\u00e9 je vhodn\u00e9 komunikova\u0165 so\u00a0psychol\u00f3gom, logop\u00e9dom pr\u00edpadne in\u00fdmi odborn\u00edkmi. M\u00f4\u017ee \u00eds\u0165 o\u00a0r\u00f4zne v\u00fdvinov\u00e9 poruchy re\u010di, ale aj pridru\u017een\u00e9 diagn\u00f3zy (akou je napr\u00edklad\u00a0autizmus).<\/p>\n<p>Na Slovensku je ve\u013emi m\u00e1lo odborn\u00edkov venuj\u00facich sa \u0161pecificky de\u0165om s\u00a0poruchou sluchu. Taktie\u017e \u010do sa t\u00fdka surdop\u00e9die, pokia\u013e chc\u00fa rodi\u010dia s\u00a0die\u0165a\u0165om pracova\u0165 intenz\u00edvnej\u0161ie aj s\u00a0odborn\u00edkom, je vhodn\u00e9 poobzera\u0165 sa i po\u00a0ambulantnej forme surdop\u00e9die, ktor\u00fa \u010dasto zabezpe\u010duj\u00fa ob\u010dianske zdru\u017eenia, \u010d\u00edm supluj\u00fa \u0161t\u00e1t, a\u00a0tieto intervencie s\u00fa spoplatnen\u00e9. \u010casto je platenie t\u00fdchto intervenci\u00ed pre rodinu finan\u010dne n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9, a\u00a0preto by rodi\u010dia mali siahnu\u0165 po mo\u017enosti pomoci, napr\u00edklad cez zbierky alebo r\u00f4zne Nad\u00e1cie (napr\u00edklad Nad\u00e1cia Pontis alebo SPP).<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_29250\" style=\"width: 410px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-29250\" class=\"lazyload wp-image-29250\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D%27http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg%27%20width%3D%27400%27%20height%3D%27600%27%20viewBox%3D%270%200%20400%20600%27%3E%3Crect%20width%3D%27400%27%20height%3D%27600%27%20fill-opacity%3D%220%22%2F%3E%3C%2Fsvg%3E\" data-orig-src=\"\/sk\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/2025\/04\/2-400x600-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"600\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-29250\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Foto: sk\u00fasen\u00e1 slovensk\u00e1 surdopedi\u010dka \u2013 Silvia Hovorkov\u00e1[4] (fotila Veronika Klimonov\u00e1)<\/p><\/div>\n<h2>Surdop\u00e9dia a\u00a0vlastn\u00e1 sk\u00fasenos\u0165<\/h2>\n<p>Z\u00a0vlastnej sk\u00fasenosti bola v\u00fdbornou pomocou na za\u010diatku cesty okrem vn\u00edmavej foniatri\u010dky, ktor\u00e1 synovi v\u010das zabezpe\u010dila na\u010d\u00favacie pr\u00edstroje aj sk\u00fasen\u00e1 surdopedi\u010dka. Suplovala rodi\u010dom i psychol\u00f3ga, dod\u00e1vala n\u00e1dej a\u00a0nadh\u013ead svojimi sk\u00fasenos\u0165ami a\u00a0pr\u00edbehmi. Ke\u010f\u017ee z\u00farila korona, bola ochotn\u00e1 sa spoji\u0165 s\u00a0rodinou cez video hovory, vysvet\u013eovala z\u00e1kladn\u00e9 posunky. Posunkov\u00e1 re\u010d by mala by\u0165 neoddelite\u013enou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou komunika\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu pre nepo\u010duj\u00face deti. Umo\u017e\u0148uje im komunikova\u0165 a vyjadrova\u0165 sa e\u0161te predt\u00fdm, ne\u017e si \u00faplne osvoja verb\u00e1lnu re\u010d. T\u00fdm, \u017ee de\u0165om poskytuje n\u00e1stroj na interakciu s\u00a0okol\u00edm, m\u00f4\u017ee v\u00fdrazne zlep\u0161i\u0165 aj ich soci\u00e1lne a emocion\u00e1lne zru\u010dnosti. Ke\u010f\u017ee syn a\u017e do zapojenia kochle\u00e1rnych implant\u00e1tov takmer do 15 mesiacov veku ni\u010d nepo\u010dul, bola prv\u00fdm mostom vo vz\u00e1jomnom porozumen\u00ed a\u00a0zabr\u00e1nila mno\u017estvu frustruj\u00facich stavov z\u00a0neporozumenia. Na Slovensku existuj\u00fa kurzy posunkovej re\u010di, ale aj r\u00f4zne aplik\u00e1cie \u010di posunkov\u00fd slovn\u00edk (napr. aplik\u00e1cie: Posunkuj HRAvo, Posunkuj HRAvo \u2013 Vety, Posunkuj s\u00a0nami; web: posunky.sk, spreadthesign.com).<\/p>\n<p>Surdopedi\u010dka chodila do dom\u00e1ceho prostredia a\u00a0okrem mno\u017estva podporn\u00fdch zapo\u017ei\u010dan\u00fdch hier vysvet\u013eovala i to, ako pracova\u0165 s\u00a0die\u0165a\u0165om po sluchovej str\u00e1nke. Postupne nasmerovala na kochle\u00e1rnu implant\u00e1ciu, pomohla vybavi\u0165 v\u0161etky n\u00e1le\u017eitosti a\u00a0sp\u00edsala i\u00a0nieko\u013eko posudkov (pre kochle\u00e1rnu implant\u00e1ciu, preukaz \u0164ZP \u010di\u00a0pred\u013a\u017een\u00fd rodi\u010dovsk\u00fd pr\u00edspevok). Bola taktie\u017e prv\u00fdm nasmerovan\u00edm v\u00a0my\u0161lienke, \u017ee oslaben\u00fd v\u00fdvin re\u010di m\u00f4\u017ee by\u0165 zapr\u00ed\u010dinen\u00fd e\u0161te inou diagn\u00f3zou.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e1sledne sme so synom absolvovali ambulantn\u00fa formu terapi\u00ed, preto\u017ee sme zistili, \u017ee ich potrebuje vo v\u00e4\u010d\u0161om mno\u017estve a\u00a0frekvencii. Nieko\u013ekokr\u00e1t do mesiaca sme absolvovali surdop\u00e9diu v\u00a0Centre v\u010dasnej intervencie v\u00a0Bratislave<a href=\"#_ftn5\" name=\"_ftnref5\">[5]<\/a>. Je ve\u013emi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 udr\u017ea\u0165 ro\u010dn\u00e9 die\u0165a za stol\u00edkom, aby pracovalo aspo\u0148 40 min\u00fat. Av\u0161ak sk\u00fasen\u00fd odborn\u00edk vie zvl\u00e1dnu\u0165 aj to a\u00a0v\u010faka t\u00fdmto pravideln\u00fdm n\u00e1v\u0161tev\u00e1m za\u010dal syn tie\u017e lep\u0161ie spolupracova\u0165 s\u00a0\u010fal\u0161\u00edmi odborn\u00edkmi i rodinou.<\/p>\n<p>Zo za\u010diatku sme ve\u013ea pracovali na rozl\u00ed\u0161en\u00ed zvukov a\u00a0ich lokaliz\u00e1cii. N\u00e1pomocnou n\u00e1m bola \u201etechnika odpo\u010d\u00favania\u201c, resp. \u201esluchov\u00e1 diskrimin\u00e1cia\u201c, kedy die\u0165a na z\u00e1klade vypo\u010dut\u00e9ho zvuku mus\u00ed uk\u00e1za\u0165 na dan\u00fd obr\u00e1zok (napr. po\u010duje \u201ehav\u00a0 hav\u201c a uk\u00e1\u017ee na obr\u00e1zku na ps\u00edka) alebo mus\u00ed rozpozn\u00e1va\u0165 medzi podobn\u00fdmi slovami (napr. pes\/p\u00e4s\u0165, skr\u00fdva\u0165\/kr\u00edva\u0165). Autorov, 2020<a href=\"#_ftn6\" name=\"_ftnref6\">[6]<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Taktie\u017e s\u00fa v\u00fdbornou pom\u00f4ckou lingove zvuky. Test \u201e\u0161es\u0165 lingov\u00fdch zvukov\u201c bol vyvinut\u00fd ako r\u00fdchly, jednoduch\u00fd a\u00a0spo\u013eahliv\u00fd test, ktor\u00fd m\u00f4\u017eu pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 rodi\u010dia a\u00a0odborn\u00edci na zhodnotenie sluchov\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed die\u0165a\u0165a. M\u00f4\u017eu tak sk\u00fa\u0161a\u0165 r\u00f4zne komunika\u010dn\u00e9 scen\u00e1re, roz\u0161irova\u0165 svoju slovn\u00fa z\u00e1sobu a zlep\u0161ova\u0165 svoje schopnosti porozumenia a v\u00fdslovnosti. Ve\u013emi n\u00e1m pomohlo i\u00a0elektronick\u00e9 pero a\u00a0zvukov\u00e9 knihy.<\/p>\n<p>Taktie\u017e zahrani\u010dn\u00e9 sk\u00fasenosti poukazuj\u00fa na fakt, \u017ee logop\u00e9di radi vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa pre deti \u0161peci\u00e1lne po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e9 programy na precvi\u010dovanie po\u010d\u00favania s porozumen\u00edm. Pre deti je to z\u00e1bava, motivuje ich to a podporuje i proces u\u010denia. Pod\u013ea logop\u00e9da Sch\u00f6rga, pokia\u013e chce rodina pou\u017e\u00edva\u0165 hovoriace pero (audio pen) alebo audio box na audit\u00edvny tr\u00e9ning, mus\u00ed si potrpie\u0165 na dobr\u00fa kvalitu zvuku danej techniky a kni\u017en\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu (vi\u010f. lifelonghearing.com, 2024<a href=\"#_ftn7\" name=\"_ftnref7\">[7]<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Ke\u010f syn kone\u010dne za\u010dal napodob\u0148ova\u0165 slov\u00e1, sna\u017eili sme sa postupne menej posunkova\u0165, aby bol n\u00faten\u00fd vysvetli\u0165, \u010do chce, predov\u0161etk\u00fdm slovne. Nepo\u010duj\u00facemu die\u0165a\u0165u mus\u00edte ston\u00e1sobne viac vysvet\u013eova\u0165, komentova\u0165 \u010dinnosti a\u00a0v\u0161etko, \u010do vid\u00edte, ke\u010f\u017ee pri \u0165a\u017ekej strate sluchu za\u010dalo re\u00e1lne po\u010du\u0165 nesk\u00f4r ako jeho po\u010duj\u00faci rovesn\u00edci. Ve\u013emi n\u00e1m pomohla i\u00a0logop\u00e9dia a\u00a0celkov\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ca surdop\u00e9da s\u00a0logop\u00e9dom, aj \u010do sa t\u00fdka motiv\u00e1cie die\u0165a\u0165a a\u00a0podobn\u00fdch cvi\u010den\u00ed s\u00a0podobnou \u0161trukt\u00farou.<\/p>\n<p>Hlavnou \u00falohou klinick\u00e9ho logop\u00e9da pri pr\u00e1ci s die\u0165a\u0165om s poruchou sluchu je rozv\u00edja\u0165 sluch a n\u00e1sledne hovoren\u00fd jazyk die\u0165a\u0165a. Pre nepo\u010duj\u00face deti je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, aby sa abecedu u\u010dili nielen vizu\u00e1lne, ale aj pomocou hmatov\u00fdch a vizu\u00e1lnych pom\u00f4cok. Hry a aktivity zameran\u00e9 na u\u010denie sa p\u00edsmen a ich zvukov m\u00f4\u017eu by\u0165 ve\u013emi efekt\u00edvne v zlep\u0161ovan\u00ed ich re\u010dov\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed. Ke\u010f\u017ee syn je s\u00fa\u010dasne so sluchom tie\u017e v\u00a0diagnostike na mo\u017en\u00fd autizmus spojen\u00fd \u010dasto i\u00a0s\u00a0poruchou pozornosti, h\u013eadali sme rie\u0161enie, ako by sa mohol viac zauj\u00edma\u0165 o\u00a0re\u010d, jej funk\u010dnos\u0165, spr\u00e1vne vyslovovanie \u010di neskracovanie slov a podobne. Pomohla n\u00e1m a\u017e abeceda, ktor\u00fa mal zvl\u00e1dnut\u00fa v\u00a0priebehu t\u00fd\u017ed\u0148a. Za\u010dal si uvedomova\u0165, \u017ee jednotliv\u00e9 slov\u00e1 sa skladaj\u00fa z\u00a0hl\u00e1sok, ktor\u00e9 treba spr\u00e1vne vyslovova\u0165, aby slovo malo spr\u00e1vny v\u00fdznam (napr. mrak-mrkva, tato-traktor, my-my\u0161 a\u00a0pod.). Ve\u013emi n\u00e1m pomohli aj hry s\u00a0h\u013eadan\u00edm p\u00edsmen, ich priradenie pomocou cesti\u010diek, pracovn\u00e9 zo\u0161ity a karti\u010dky<a href=\"#_ftn11\" name=\"_ftnref11\">[11]<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Samostatnou kapitolou a\u00a0v\u00a0na\u0161om pr\u00edpade omnoho efekt\u00edvnej\u0161ou, ako je u\u010denie sa prstovej abecedy, bolo za\u010datie vyu\u017e\u00edvania pomocn\u00fdch artikula\u010dn\u00fdch znakov (PAZ)<a href=\"#_ftn12\" name=\"_ftnref12\">[12]<\/a>. Ide o vizu\u00e1lne symboly alebo gest\u00e1, ktor\u00e9 dop\u013a\u0148aj\u00fa verb\u00e1lnu komunik\u00e1ciu. Tieto znaky m\u00f4\u017eu pom\u00f4c\u0165 de\u0165om lep\u0161ie pochopi\u0165 a nau\u010di\u0165 sa spr\u00e1vne vyslovova\u0165 jednotliv\u00e9 slov\u00e1 a hl\u00e1sky. Pou\u017eitie t\u00fdchto znakov v kombin\u00e1cii s hovoren\u00edm m\u00f4\u017ee v\u00fdrazne zlep\u0161i\u0165 re\u010dov\u00e9 schopnosti det\u00ed a pom\u00f4c\u0165 im preklen\u00fa\u0165 medzery v porozumen\u00ed.
