Pen\u00edze jsme v\u017edy p\u0159epo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1vali na kilometry. Krom\u011b prvn\u00ed noci jsme si nikdy neobjednali m\u00edsto k p\u0159esp\u00e1n\u00ed. Itiner\u00e1\u0159 na\u0161ich cest se odv\u00edjel od toho, \u017ee tam, kde byli lid\u00e9 mil\u00ed, jsme z\u016fstali d\u00e9le. Pokud n\u00e1m jin\u00ed turist\u00e9 doporu\u010dili n\u011bjak\u00e9 p\u011bkn\u00e9 m\u00edsto, vyzkou\u0161eli jsme je. Ubytov\u00e1n\u00ed bylo n\u011bkdy velmi jednoduch\u00e9 a ne v\u017edy bezpe\u010dn\u00e9. Dnes bych byla vyb\u00edrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Nap\u0159\u00edklad v roce 1975 jsme byli v Hind\u00faku\u0161i t\u0159i ve star\u00e9m autobusu zna\u010dky Volkswagen. Na\u0161e horsk\u00e1 t\u00fara za\u010d\u00ednala v Darkotu. V t\u00e9 dob\u011b jsem sb\u00edrala rostliny pro P\u0159\u00edrodov\u011bdn\u00e9 muzeum, co\u017e n\u00e1\u0161 doprovodn\u00fd d\u016fstojn\u00edk nem\u011bl v\u011bd\u011bt. S pomoc\u00ed tamn\u00edch d\u011bt\u00ed se mi to poda\u0159ilo.<\/p>\n

Po nehod\u011b na \u0160picberk\u00e1ch v roce 1977, kde na\u0161eho p\u0159\u00edtele zabil a m\u00e9ho mu\u017ee zranil ledn\u00ed medv\u011bd, jsme cestovali jen sami. Vzpom\u00edn\u00e1m na mnoho kr\u00e1sn\u00fdch destinac\u00ed. Zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b se n\u00e1m l\u00edbily Mal\u00e9 Sundsk\u00e9 ostrovy, ale tak\u00e9 Nov\u00fd Z\u00e9land, kde jsme dva m\u011bs\u00edce cestovali v dod\u00e1vce.<\/p>\n

Na ostrov\u011b Borneo jsme se p\u0159i cest\u011b bemo (sd\u00edlen\u00fdm tax\u00edkem) doslechli o kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 stezce d\u017eungl\u00ed. Vydali jsme se tedy po n\u00ed na \u201ekone\u010dnou zast\u00e1vku\u201c Pinawantai. Ale nic tam nebylo a nebylo ani mo\u017en\u00e9 se dostat nazp\u011bt. K tomu se p\u0159idaly jazykov\u00e9 pot\u00ed\u017ee. M\u00edstn\u00ed n\u00e1s ale pozvali, abychom z\u016fstali p\u0159es noc. Lid\u00e9 z vesnice se p\u0159i\u0161li pod\u00edvat na ty dva bl\u00e1zny z Rakouska a p\u0159inesli kolu a d\u00e1rky. Spali jsme na bambusov\u00e9 roho\u017ei na zemi, v noci s nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi zv\u00ed\u0159aty. Chodilo jsme se m\u00fdt se k \u0159ece a k ve\u010de\u0159i byla v\u017edycky r\u00fd\u017ee.<\/p>\n

Jak ovlivnilo cestov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivot? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Dozv\u011bd\u011bla jsem se, jak dob\u0159e se m\u00e1me a jak jsme bohat\u00ed. Tak\u017ee jsem nikdy nepot\u0159ebovala modern\u011bj\u0161\u00ed kuchyni, ne\u017e byla ta moje star\u00e1. Nap\u0159\u00edklad \u017eeny v Hind\u00faku\u0161i va\u0159\u00ed na otev\u0159en\u00e9m ohni. V t\u00e9 dob\u011b jsem u\u017e m\u011bla naslouch\u00e1tko a lid\u00e9 tam \u017eili bez zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010de.<\/p>\n

Cestov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011b nau\u010dilo otev\u0159enosti. Nem\u011bly by existovat \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 p\u0159edsudky, ani v\u016f\u010di n\u00e1bo\u017eenstv\u00ed, ani v\u016f\u010di \u010demukoli jin\u00e9mu. Nap\u0159\u00edklad v hinduistick\u00fdch nebo isl\u00e1msk\u00fdch zem\u00edch k n\u00e1m byli lid\u00e9 v\u017edy p\u0159\u00e1tel\u0161t\u00ed. V\u017edy z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, jak se chov\u00e1te. Cestovat sama jako \u017eena v zem\u00edch, jako je J\u00e1va, nebylo v\u017edy snadn\u00e9 \u2013 ale na t\u011bchto m\u00edstech jsem se setkala s obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 mil\u00fdmi \u017eenami.<\/p>\n

St\u00e1le m\u00e1m p\u0159\u00e1tele, kter\u00e9 jsem poznala na cest\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n

P\u0159edstavovala ztr\u00e1ta sluchu b\u011bhem cestov\u00e1n\u00ed probl\u00e9m? <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u010casto jsem cestovala sama, ne\u017e se ke mn\u011b p\u0159idal man\u017eel. Probl\u00e9my se sluchem byly probl\u00e9mem, zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed z reproduktor\u016f na leti\u0161ti. V\u017edy jsem si to musela j\u00edt ov\u011b\u0159it k informa\u010dn\u00edmu pultu.<\/p>\n

Moje prvn\u00ed zku\u0161enost s CI byla na leti\u0161ti v Lond\u00fdn\u011b. Kapit\u00e1n letadla sd\u011bloval \u010dekaj\u00edc\u00edm cestuj\u00edc\u00edm n\u011bco, \u010demu jsem nerozum\u011bla. \u0160la jsem se pod\u00edvat a vysv\u011btlila jsem mu sv\u016fj stav sluchu. Kdy\u017e jsme pozd\u011bji mohli nastoupit, zavolali m\u011b jako \u201eosobu s posti\u017een\u00edm\u201c, abych nastoupila jako prvn\u00ed: a j\u00e1 se tomu musela skoro sm\u00e1t.<\/p>\n

N\u011bkdy bylo nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9, kdy\u017e si celn\u00edci spletli baterie s n\u011b\u010d\u00edm jin\u00fdm a my jsme kv\u016fli tomu zme\u0161kali navazuj\u00edc\u00ed let. P\u0159i bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch kontrol\u00e1ch to tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9, ale te\u010f u\u017e \u010dasto proch\u00e1z\u00edm kolem, ani\u017e bych se o tom zm\u00ednil, pot\u00e9, co jsem si vypnula zvukov\u00fd procesor.<\/p>\n

Jak\u00e1 preventivn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1te a jak\u00e9 dopl\u0148ky k CI si berete s sebou na cesty? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Ze za\u010d\u00e1tku jsem s sebou nem\u011bla \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 n\u00e1hrady CI ani servisn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly. Te\u010f u\u017e ano a v\u017edy m\u00e1m s sebou dostatek bateri\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Jak\u00fd je v\u00e1\u0161 tip na spr\u00e1vnou p\u0159\u00edpravu na cestu?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dobrodru\u017en\u00e9 cesty jsou \u010dasto zaj\u00edmav\u00e9. D\u00e1lkov\u00e9 cesty byste m\u011bli podnikat pouze v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee m\u00e1te dostatek \u010dasu. Znalost angli\u010dtiny je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1, ale mimo standardn\u00ed turistick\u00e9 trasy \u010dasto p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nepom\u016f\u017ee. Nau\u010dila jsem se z\u00e1klady n\u011bkter\u00fdch m\u00edstn\u00edch jazyk\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad bahasa Indonesia.<\/p>\n

Pokud cestujete sami, mus\u00edte si destinaci p\u0159edem prozkoumat. Co mi opravdu vad\u00ed, je, kdy\u017e se turist\u00e9 chovaj\u00ed k m\u00edstn\u00edm lidem pov\u00fd\u0161en\u011b nebo ignoruj\u00ed person\u00e1l. Pokud lid\u00e9 pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed n\u011bco prodat, mohou p\u016fsobit vlezle, ale i v takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b m\u016f\u017eete zdvo\u0159ile odm\u00edtnout.<\/p>\n
